and conditions for twin villas

Accommodation can be occupied from 16.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 09.00 on the day of departure.

Our tariffs do not include tourist tax (1.32 € per day and p/p over 18), the final obligatory cleaning and the maintenance of the residence (70€), the deposit (500 €), and the linen rental.

- The stay is free for children under 3 years old.
- Bed linen, towels, beach towels and tea towels are not provided This can be rented on site. Laundry change is weekly.
         - Bed linen 160 cm: 14 € per/ week.
         - Bed linen 90 cm: 10 € per/ week.
         - Towels (1 large and 1 small): 10 € p/p per/week.
         - Beach towels: 10€ / p/p per/week.
         - Tea towel and hand towel: 5€ p/ week.

- A cot, a baby bath, a highchair, a potty and a soup mixer are provided, on request and subject to availability (sheets not provided).
- A laundry area with token operated washing machines is available: 5€ to wash. Soap powder is provided.
- A means of transport is highly recommended.
- Free WIFI.
- Nespresso capsules can be bought
- Babysitting, cleaning and ironing possibilities
- Our pet-friends are not admitted.
- Non-smoking.
